Booking terms and cancellation policy

Deposit
• The accommodation booking will not be confirmed until the guest’s deposit is received and cleared.
• A deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of making a booking.
• If the accommodation booking is made within 21 days of the date of commencement of the guests proposed holiday, the full rental payable on the property is required together.

Final payment
• The full amount payable in respect to the property rental shall be paid at least 21 days prior to the date of commencement of the booking. If the full amount has not been received by the proprietor at leat 21 days prior to the start of the rental period, then the proprietor reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice and the guests will forfeit the guest’s deposit which will be non-refundable in such circumstances.
• Prices quoted are for the agreed number of guests at time of booking only. Extra guests must be approved in advance and will be charged at the applicable rate.
• Payment in full is required at least 14 days prior to your arranged arrival date.
• Cancellations more than 30 days prior to planned arrival date receive a full refund of any deposit & payment.
• Cancellations less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to planned arrival date forfeit any deposit paid.
• Cancellations less than 14 days prior to planned arrival date forfeit all money paid.
• Travel insurance is recommended
• Arrival is from 2:00 pm, departure by 10:00 am (or by special arrangement)
